“SUMMARY”
The course covers everything from installing the Lyre, safety measures, specific warm-ups and strengthening exercises for the apparatus, to advanced combos and small choreographies.
The course is comprehensive and can be taken by anyone of any age, as long as they don’t have any physical limitations.
In every class, I present the content in a simple and detailed way, drawing on my circus experience and using my method, which has been developed and tested in practice with over 500 students since 2013.
There is currently no other course on the market that offers such a complete range of content.
The method does not require the practitioner to have any circus experience. 90% of my students over the years have been ordinary people.
At the same time, I have made sure to present content that can be used by those who already practice the modality, and even by other teachers who need training.
